Laurent is responsible for all operations in the Asia Pacific region, including overseeing investment, asset management and capital raising activities from the offices in Japan, South Korea and Australia. Laurent is a member of the Real Assets Extended Management Board. He was previously the European Head of Transactions.

Kevin is responsible for the logistics sector overseas. He was involved in cross-border acquisitions, with a cumulative transaction value of US$5 billion and has significant experience as an investment manager in Singapore, Europe and USA.

Jeremy sets the vision and strategy for JLL Markets throughout the region, focusing on innovation to meet clients’ needs with new technologies. In 1990, he established JLL’s tenant representation business in Hong Kong. He spearheads the firm’s Asia tenant representation business and is a member of the JLL APAC board.

Parag developed and delivered end-to-end sustainability outcomes, including capex and opex project delivery; achieving leading outcomes for organisations. Parag and team are now focused on NetZero emissions to accelerate decarbonisation.

Ruben is responsible for the strategic growth of GRESB in Asia Pacific, by strengthening and further developing GRESB’s relationship with institutional investors, investment managers, asset operators, and industry associations.
