Although the aggregate Asia Pacific Retail Rental Index recorded its eleventh straight quarter of decline, the magnitude of decline was marginal, as the operating environment appears to be stabilising across the region.
Continued easing of COVID-19 restrictions across Asia Pacific should support greater leasing activity as retailer sentiment improves, further fuelling retail recovery.
